2016 Partners in Care Conference

In recent years there has been upward growth in palliative care, especially inpatient settings. Palliative care has shown that it improves health care quality by reducing suffering, and building stronger patient/family/physician communication. The amount of hospitals with a palliative care team has increased from 650+ to over 1,700 in just over a decade. This interactive conference will provide the tools necessary to develop and implement a palliative care program.

This conference is best suited to hospital administrators, palliative, hospice and other physician specialists, and hospice directors.
